She was predeceased by: her adoptive father Clyde "Jack" (Lucille Frye); and her great-niece Ryker Sage. She is survived by: her parents, Jacqueline (Karen) and Joey (Freida); her children, Garrett (Clarissa) and Sparrow Madyson; her granddaughter Oaklynn; her siblings, Warren (Emily), Ryan (late Samantha), Carmon (James), Sonia (Glen) and Chris Frye; her extended family Jason Jarvis; and her nephew Blaze Cook. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, great nieces, great nephews and extended family.
