He is survived by: his parents, Zackery Travis Washington and Shenna Nicole Kenney of Salem; his siblings, Skyla Gore and Remmington Washington; his grandmother Christine (Terry Kenney); his great-grandparents, Fye Cork and Catherine "Cookie" Facemire; his uncle George Smith; his aunts, Janice Cottrell and Lisa Rhodes (Okie); his great-aunt Patty Harris; and his cousin Lonnie Harper.
In lieu of flowers donations can be made to his care fund for cemetery expenses.
