He is survived by: his wife Kathryn Arlene Ash Palmer; his daughter Tonja Pringle Salem (Andrew); his grandchildren, Isaac Pringle (Alexis), Sarah Hill (Zach), Kayla Pringle, Caitlin Manges, Allison Palmer, Rebecca Palmer and Matthew Palmer; and his siblings, Angela Standiford (Joseph) of Glen Easton, WV, Judith Fisher (Vic) and Thomas Palmer of Glen Easton, WV. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
