Shaffer Harlow; his children, Rose Clevenger (James) of Salem, John Harlow of Salem and Stephen Spencer Harlow II (Misty) of Salem; his grandchildren, Aaron Clevenger, Bradley Clevenger, Kristen Clevenger, Stephen Spencer Harlow, III, Brock Harlow, Zane Harlow, Shannon Pumphrey, Joshua Harlow, Jonathan Harlow and Matthew Harlow; his sisters, Linda Roche (John) and Janice Carpenter (George); and his daughter Sloane Emry Siers.
