He was predeceased by: his parents, Winfred Smith and Irene LaVonne Stuart Smith; and his brother Donald Smith. He is survived by: his wife Pamela Patricia Cox Smith; his children, William Smith (Kristy), Elizabeth Smith, Salem and Melanie Coen; his grandchildren, Noah Smtih and Mattie Smith; his siblings, Keith Smith (Ellie), Karen Smith and Betty Dailey (Dave); and his sister-in-law Agnus Smith. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews and great nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Thursday, January 9th 2025 from 3:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Davis Funeral Home & Crematory-Salem (1999 W Main St, Salem, WV 26426). A funeral service was held on Thursday, January 9th 2025 at 7:00 PM at the same location.
