He is survived by: his wife Pamela Patricia Cox Smith; his children, William Smith (Kristy), Elizabeth Smith, Salem and Melanie Coen; his grandchildren, Noah Smtih and Mattie Smith; his siblings, Keith Smith (Ellie), Karen Smith and Betty Dailey (Dave); and his sister-in-law Agnus Smith. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews and great nieces and nephews.
