With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Robert Eldon Pernell of Salem, West Virginia, who passed away on October 26, 2022 at the age of 78. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was loved and cherished by many people including: his wife Loretta Pernell (Helmick); his children, Robert Eric "Rob" Pernell (Kelly) and Erica James (Brian); his grandchildren, Lauren Beard (Randy), Tori, Todd, Eric Pernell, Christian and Bram James; his great grandchildren, Cooper and Ryker Beard; his parents, Eldon Ware and Carrie Gaines Pernell; and his sister Louise Hawkins.
