He is survived by: his wife Shirley Marie Bowen; his daughter Roberta G Bowen Zwiebel; his grandson Zachary Zwiebel; his daughter Susie Cervenak; his foster children, Russell Leasure and Helen Leasure; and his brothers, Raymond B Bowen (Mary), Daniel L Bowen (Sharon), John W Bowen (Evelyn), Wallace and Junior L Bowen (Debbie). He is also survived by grandkids, brothers-in-law, sisters-in-law, nieces, nephews, cousins, church family and friends.
