He is survived by: his wife Julie Norman Todd; his children, Alison Todd Cumberledge (Coy) of Williamstown and Rev. Richard Todd II (Jessica) of Morgantown; his grandchildren, Perry, Paxton Cumberledge and Vance Todd; and his siblings, Suzanne Carrico (Larry) of Salem, John Todd (Sharon) of Clarksburg, Roy D. Todd II (Tammy) of Boston, MA and Matthew Todd (Deanna) of Salem. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
