He is survived by: his wife Barbara Hayes Stout; his son Richard Jason Stout (Angel); his sister Diana Stout; his grandchildren, Kelsey and Thair Stout; his stepgrandchildren, Lauren, Lexie, Rissa and Tori; his great grandchildren, Brenson, Finn and Elara; and his stepgreat-grandchildren, Mallory, Madison, Amberly and Eden.
