He was predeceased by: his parents, Dennis Rex and Monnie Belle Rollins Williams; his wife Ramona Elliott Williams; his brother-in-law Roy "Bob" Lough; and his nephew William Paul Linton II.
He is survived by: his sister Juanita Lou Lough; his niece Denise Linton of Manassas, VA; his nephew Robert Lough (Melanie) of Navarre Beach, FL; his great-nieces and great-nephews, Paul Linton, Jonathan Lough (Kayleigh), Jared Lough (Emily), Chase Gibson, Jeanie Linton and Courtney Kniceley (Logan); his caregivers, Roland, Tammy Kniceley, John and Joann Golden; and also, Carter, Elisha, Paisley, Piper and Aurora.
