It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Loretta Lowe Headley of Salem, West Virginia, who passed away on March 15, 2024, at the age of 85, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, James Denzil and Catherine Elizabeth Vincent Carder; her former husband Edmund W. "Bub" Lowe; her granddaughter Cassie Lowe; her siblings, Junior Carder, Ella Lowe, Richard Carder, Helen McIntyre, Chuck Carder, Winnie Poore, Bill Carder and Harold Carder; and her stepson Donnie Headley.
She is survived by: her children, Kim Wilsoncroft (Chet), Cathy Hileman (Jeff), Edmund "Bubby" Lowe (Tammy) and Gary Lowe (Michele); her grandchildren, Thomas Wilsoncroft (Dorina), Troy Wilsoncroft, Mandy, Justin, Abby Hileman, Jesse Lowe (Dora), Rachel Chipps (Chad), James Lowe, Kisha, Anna McCarty (T. J.), Amber Isenhart (Ernie), Gary Lowe (Kylie) and Sara Lowe; and her siblings, Roger Carder and Mary June Jones. She is also survived by thirteen great grandchildren.
