She is survived by: her husband Charles Edgar Stark; her stepchildren, Richard Paul Stark, Amy of Virginia Beach, VA, Thomas Andrew Stark of Williamstown, WV, Christi of Williamstown, WV, Steven Wayne Stark of Williamstown, WV and Vanita of Williamstown, WV; her stepgrandchildren, Molly Hasley, Tanner, Meagan Leftwich, Catherine, Benjamin and Addison; and her brother William Brooks Cutright (Nancy). She is also survived by three step great grandchildren.
