He was predeceased by: his parent Theodore Richter; his wife Mary Jo Richter; his grandson Declan Richter; his siblings, Vernon J. Richter and Clarence Richter; and his sisters-in-law, Helen Minnich, Iris Fahey and Joy Lee Fahey.
He is survived by: his parent Anna Laber Richter; his sons, Jim Richter (Toni) of Bridgeport, WV and Rob Richter; his grandchildren, Brandon, Nick, Justin Richter and Maria Osbourne; his great grandchildren, Avery, Addison, Alexa Osbourne, Nicholas and Mason Moravy; his siblings, Cathy Eastham of San Francisco, CA, Betty Nolz of Portland, OR and Tommy Richter (Mary) of Whitehall, WI; and his siblings-in-law, Arlene Richter of Jamestown, ND, Mary Jo Hickman (Tom) of Salem, WV, Gene Fahey, Paul Fahey (Betty) and Bill Fahey. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
