He is survived by: his parents, Clinton Lehew and Patricia Dent Lehew of Winchester, VA.; his wife Jessica; his children, Brandon Pyle, Dustin Lehew and Karlee Lehew; his mother-in-law Linda Lamp; and his siblings, Russell Lehew (Suzanne), Tammy Cougan (Pete), Sheri Lehew and Derek Lehew (Alison).
The family has asked that donations be made to Summit Community Bank in Salem, WV under Jessica Lehew.
