He was predeceased by: his parents, Norman Hurst and Betty Lea Beck (Daniel). He is survived by: his stepfather Robert Beck of Clarksburg; his significant other Brenda Mayle; his children, Jaime Fagan (Michael) of Chambersburg, PA, Jackie Marshall (Chris) of Oakley, KS and Steven James Hurst (Tara) of Leesburg, VA; his significant other's children, Spring Swiger (Jeremy) of Salem and Ray Mayle (Mona) of Salem; his grandchildren, Michael (Kaila Fagan), Chesney (Reese Marshall), Hunter, J. W., Jared (Jacob Swiger) and Chloe (Tessa Mayle); and his siblings, Charleen Smith, Cathy Stout, Carmella Fallo, Billy Brooks, Johnny Brooks and Richard Hurst. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
