With heavy hearts, we announce the death of James Dewayne Eddy Sr. of Salem, West Virginia, born in Harrisville, West Virginia, who passed away on October 5, 2023 at the age of 76. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, James Arthur Eddy and Sylvia Delores Dotson Eddy; and his siblings, Delores Ferrell, Daniel Eddy and Michael Eddy.

He is survived by: his wife Judith "Judy" Ann Burbridge Eddy; his sons, James Dewayne Eddy Jr. (Melissa) of Salem and Robert Eugene Eddy of Salem; his grandchildren, Chelsea B Eddy, Dylan H Eddy, Cameron C Eddy, Trentin R Eddy and Aiden C Eddy; his great grandchild Cambria R Chambers; his brothers, Wade Eddy (Debbie), Wayne Eddy (Nina) and Gary Eddy (Joyce); and his sisters-in-law, Debbie and Beverly. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
