She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Flavious Sylvestyer Leonard Sr. and Elizabeth Jane Starkey Leonard; her husband Howard L. Hayes; her children, Regina Riley (Jack) of Hartville, SC, Patricia Davis, James Hayes (Anita) of Salem, Harold Lee Hayes (Sue) of Salem, Dennis Hayes (Sonya), William "Bill" Hayes, Thurman H. "Friday" Hayes and Kenneth "Kenny" Hayes; and her grandsons, Michael Ray Booher and Raymond Lee Hayes. She was also cherished by 22 grandchildren, 41 great grandchildren and 15 great great grandchildren.
