He is survived by: his wife Sandra Morris Headley; his children, Jennifer Miller (James) of New Martinsville, WV, Kimberly Miniter of Lumberport, WV, Tabitha Shupe (Shane) of Fairmont, WV and Chad Headley of Alma, WV; his grandchildren, Jeremy Headley, Jordan Shultz, Jentry Shultz, Jaidan Headley, Brooklyn Shupe, Jacelyn Miller, Mackenzie Shupe, Skylar Miniter, Jarett Miller, Carson Shupe, Reagan Miniter and Theo Shupe; and his siblings, Gary Headley and Celouise Dailey (Bernard).
