She was predeceased by: her parents, William Luther and Gladys Marie Goode Mullens; her husband Billy Moore; her daughter Elizabeth Anne "Betsy" Moore; her grandson Adam Moore; her son-in-law Kenneth D Stevens; her siblings, Donna Mae Fogg, Ivy "Louise" Haney Ferguson Gallup, John "Stanley" Mullens, Jean Stamm and Gladys Hapholt; and her close friend Rex McKenney.
She is survived by: her daughter Melinda "Lindy" Lou Stevens; her grandson Edward "E. G." Lewis; her great grandchild Brittany Pechart; and her brother Keith "Bud" Mullens. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Thursday, October 31st 2024 from 3:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Davis Funeral Home & Crematory-Salem (1999 W Main St, Salem, WV 26426). A funeral service was held on Thursday, October 31st 2024 at 7:00 PM at the same location.
