She is survived by: her husband William "Bill" Howard Hayes; her sons, William "Todd" Hayes (Bridget Cooper Hayes) and Michael "Chad" Hayes; her grandsons, Hunter Cooper Hayes of Salem, Holden Bennett Hayes of Salem and Heston Raleigh Hayes of Salem; her brother Alan Dale Ford (Debra Morris Ford); her niece Farrah; and her sons, Isaac of Salem and Alex of Salem.
In keeping with CDC Guidelines social distancing must be practiced and mask must be worn.
