He is survived by: his children, Jason Anthony Cork, Erica, Kara and Monica; his granddaughters, Annabelle and Rylan; and his siblings, Bonnie Cavins of Salem, Beatrice Ashcraft of Salem, Sharon Hutson of Salem, Cynthia Doll of Salem, Tyler Co of Salem, Ellsworth Cork of Salem, Burties Cork of Salem, Francis Cork of Salem and Clifford Cork of Salem. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews and cousins.
