He is survived by: his wife Juanita "Lynette" Carder Corathers; his children, Telisa Kennedy (Jack), Leslie Jones (Tom) of Shinnston, Lisa Hammond of West Milford, Michelle Hammond of Fairmont, Theresa Robinson of West Union and Clyde Hammond; and his siblings, Rex Corathers (Thelma) and Sheila Adams. He is also survived by several grandchildren and great grandchildren.
