She is survived by: her daughters, Lilly Wine and Laurene "Reney" Cook; her grandchildren, Devin Wine, Cory Chipps, Ashby Cayton, Alicia Daly, Alexis Dillon, Abby and Max Cook; and her brothers, Dee Underwood of East Liverpool, OH, Stan Underwood and Tom Underwood. She is also survived by 4 great-grandchildren.
