He was predeceased by: his son Jonathan McCloy; his grandparents, Vada Ramsey and Perry Everett Ramsey; and his cousin Matt Leary. He is survived by: his mother Sherry McCloy Bartlett; his wife JoAnn Owens McCloy; his children, Kammi Russell (Logan), Brooklyn McCloy, Hunter Kennedy (Raeanna Maxwell), Makaila Cabell (Jeremy) and Edith Bennett; his siblings, Melissa Roy (Rob), Crystal Hart, Steve Ramsey (Marella), Terry Ramsey, Gary Ramsey, Barb Ramsey and Jeri Gandee (Josh); his cousin Carl Ramsey; his pet Gunner; and also Jessica. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, November 13th 2024 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Amos Carvelli Funeral Home (201 Edison St, Nutter Fort, WV 26301). A funeral service was held on Thursday, November 14th 2024 at 11:00 AM. A burial was held on Thursday, November 14th 2024 at 4:00 PM at the same location.
