She was predeceased by: her parents, Burley Myers and Goldie Hughes Myers; her husband Forest E. Welch; and her siblings, SylviaThornhill and Burley K. Myers.
She is survived by: her daughters, Sonya Hayes West Union (Dennis) and Angelica Shock Industrial (Donnie); her grandson Denny Hayes William Hayes (Benjamin); her great grandchildren, Kyla, Emily, Axl, Christina, Remington, Madalynn, Tiffany, Lincoln and Hayes; and her siblings, Jacquline McIntyre (Cecil) and Buster. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
