He was predeceased by: his parents, Wesley Kenny Floyd Sr. and Beatrice Mae Cox Floyd; his wife Shirley Ann Broadstone Floyd; his sister Linda Mae Cox; and his half-brother Robert Cox.
He is survived by: his children, Mylinda Dawn Floyd, Benjamin Robert Floyd, Stephania Fetty, Brandon Lee Floyd, Angel and Salem; his grandchildren, Frankie, Kiki, Gabriel, Elijah, Dom, Hailey, Jasmine, Nick, Laken, Ahana, Elsa and Joshua; his great grandchildren, Lyilah and William; and his siblings, Wilma Jane Fluharty and Kenny Floyd. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
