He was predeceased by: his parents, Arthur P Jenkins and Dormay Bassell Jenkins. He is survived by: his siblings, Mary Parsons (Tommy) of Clarksburg, Connie Bassell of Clarksburg, George Jenkins of Clarksburg, Marsha Jenkins and Robert Jenkins. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
