He was predeceased by: his parents, Willard Morgan and Dorethea Wright Morgan; his wife Pauline "Polly" Morgan; his daughter Vicki Jo Morgan; his granddaughter Donnah Fury; his son-in-law Willard Fury (Tom); his stepson Roger Cottrill; his stepson-in-law James Utter; his nephew Steven Chapman; his brother Chester Morgan (Ruth); his mother-in-law Sylvia Nicholas; and his brother-in-law Wallace Nicholas (Deloris).
He is survived by: his close friend Ilene Paugh; his daughter Janice Fury (Richard Ahlgrim) of West Union; his great grandchild Max Fury (M. J.); his stepchildren, Barbara Utter of Morgantown, Regina Gain (Dwight) of Salem and Donald Cottrill of Clarksburg; his stepdaughter-in-law Marsha Cottrill of Salem; and his stepgrandchildren, Kimberly Brunett (Sam) of Fairmont, Mike Gain of Salem, Sheila Adams (Bobby) of Morgantown, Ernie Utter (Shani), Kevin Utter of Morgantown, Jennifer Grimes (Matt) of Reynoldsville and Greg Cottrill. He is also survived by 12 step-great-grandchildren.
