She was predeceased by: her parents, Homer Gains and Lillie Thelma Fury Gains; her husband James Moses; her son Edward; and her siblings, Margaret Williams, Betty Moore, Samuel Clifford Gains, Charles Gains, Harry Lee Gains and Billy Don Gains.
She is survived by: her close friends, Don and Charlotte Henry. She is also survived by several grandchildren, great grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
