She was predeceased by: her parents, Delbert "Pete" Arnett and Edna Everett Arnett; her husband Paul C. Nazelrod; her son Michael J. Nazelrod; and her siblings, Gail Arnett, Emma Simmons, Carol Cunningham and Mary Ann Martin.
She is survived by: her grandchildren, Joseph Brock Nazelrod (Jamie) of Parkersburg, WV and Terri Lee Parks (Darren); her daughter-in-law Vicki Nazelrod; her grandchildren, Addison, Desmond Parks, Izaia, Izaac, Elijah and Gabriel Nazelrod; her sister Donna Harding (Darrell); and her friends, Nancy Kidder, Louis Simons, Betty Wells, Darlena Boley and Little Mary Huffman. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
