Payne, Jr. (Kim), Jodi Green of St. Marys, WV and Angelia Jenkins of Parkersburg, WV; his significant other Joyce; his grandchildren, Willie Payne, Heather Diane Trunk, Sarah Danielle Payne, Ashley Nicole Metz, Samantha Danielle Green, Brittany Dawn Green, Tasha Jo Jenkins, Taylar Mychelle Yoho and Jessica Marie Lipscomb; his brothers, Alvin C. "Buss" Payne, Harold "Jack" Payne and Jerry Payne (Wanda); and his pet Jake. He is also survived by 13 great-grandchildren.
