He was predeceased by: his parents, John Thomas and Naomi "Ruth" West Murray. He is survived by: his children, Chandra Kyle (Jaye) of Parkersburg and Chad Murray of Madison, AL; his granddaughter Kyleigh Hawes of Parkersburg; his great grandchild Wren Shively; his siblings, Richard, Darrel, Garry Murray, Linda Gessner and Sheila Wheaton; his stepbrother Charley Pickrell; and his friend Carmen Murray.
