He is survived by: his wife Cindy Thrasher; his daughter Stephanie; his granddaughter Beckett Middleton; and his siblings, Teresa Emerick (Dave), Chris Bishman and Kevin (Sheri). He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews and great nieces and nephews.
