He was predeceased by: his parents, Clifford Williams and Hazel Lamp Williams; his wife Wanda Lou Williams; his sons, Robert E. Williams, Willie Williams and Steven Williams; his son-in-law Kenneth Arnett; and his brothers, Willie Williams, James Williams and Raymond Williams.
He is survived by: his daughters, Mellody Blamble and Donna Arnett; his grandchildren, Brian Craddock (Chrissy), Cheyenne Dunn, Rusty Blamble (Alicia) and Katie Marshall (Ray); his great grandchildren, Stephen Craddock, Dominic Curtis, Desiria Dunn, Tru Blamble, Chase Blamble, Kaia Raphael and Laila Marshall; and his sisters, Bertha Bailey (Robert) and Wilma Erb. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
