She is survived by: her children, Michael Ray Flanagan and Heather Flanagan Anger (Nick); her granddaughter Anna Rachel Anger; and her siblings, Dr. Larry Hooper, Jim Hooper (Stephanie) and Marilyn Cottrill of Pennsboro, WV. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
