She was predeceased by: her mother Maxine McGinnis Ramsey; her husband Frederick Moehling; her brother William Ramsey; her sister-in-law Virginia Ramsey; her brother Steven Ramsey; and her sister-in-law Jean Ramsey.
She is survived by: her daughters, Lisa Marie Chester (Scott) of Murfreesboro and Lynn Anne Hertig (Eric); her grandchildren, Kayce Redmon, Courtney Chester (Kameron McCullough), Jamie Hertig (Sherri) and Leland Hertig (Brittany); her great grandchildren, Lillian Carrigan, Mason Redmon, River Chester, Bryson Hertig, Asher Hertig and Haven Hertig; and her brother Scott Ramsey. She is also survived by cousins, nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Saturday, February 1st 2025 from 10:30 AM to 12:00 PM at the Johnson Memorial United Methodist Church (513 10th St, Huntington, WV 25701). A memorial service was held on Saturday, February 1st 2025 at 12:00 PM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers the family requests that memorial donations be made to either Facing Hunger Foodbank or Johnson Memorial Methodist Church.
