He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Willard and Cora Belle Tice Miller; his wife Kathy Miller; and his siblings, Chuck Miller and Sue Hall.
He is survived by: his brother Kevin Miller; and his nieces and nephews, Lisa, Chris and Curt.
