He was predeceased by: his parents, Benjamin Albert and Minnie May Cottrill Powell; and his wife Nancy Lee Martin Powell. He is survived by: his children, Marian Powell (Jeff Williams), Phyllis Brown and Phillip Powell; and his grandsons, Thomas, David and Caleb Powell. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, February 19th 2025 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM and on Thursday, February 20th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Ingram Funeral Home (512 2nd St, St Marys, WV 26170). A funeral service was held on Thursday, February 20th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
