He was predeceased by: his parents, Lester Dearth and Ethel Dearth; his wife Mickey Dearth; his sons, James Allan Dearth and Lyle Dearth Jr.; his sisters, Lila Jean Swain, Marlene Lyons and Phyllis Greene; and his stepson-in-law Steve Ross.
He is survived by: his children, Barbara Holland (Randy) of Belmont, WV, Lester Dearth (Jane Ann) of St. Marys, WV, Marchelle Hines (Kirk) of Marietta, OH and Michael Dearth of St. Marys, WV; his daughter-in-law Jan Smitley (Dearth) of Point Lookout, WV; his stepdaughters, Judy Baxter (Ken) of New Martinsville, WV and Karen Ross of New Martinsville; his grandchildren, Keith Holland (Audra), Kelcey Holland Kevin Holland, Corey Hines (Paige Ferguson), Carley Moore (Bryce) and Makayla Hines; and his great grandchild Korbin Holland.
