He was predeceased by: his parents, Larry E. Skinner, Sr. and Alice Joann Higgins Skinner; and his brother Russall Skinner. He is survived by: his wife Kim Smith; and his siblings, Vera Skinner (Brian Overfield) of Harrisville, WV, Brenda Vause of Chester, WV, Les Skinner (Kimberly) and Dave Skinner. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
