He was predeceased by: his father Buck Woodard; his grandparents, Charlie Woodard and Ilma Woodard; his aunts, Mary, Babe, Pat Woodard of Milton and Elsie Wroten of St. Albans; and his uncle Jackie Woodard of Milton.
He is survived by: his sons, Steven of Milton, Dezmond of Milton and Austin of Milton; his brother Tracy (Kelly Jo) of Milton; his stepmother Renatha Smith-Woodard; and his stepsiblings, Tammy McDaniel and Tommy Smith. He is also survived by companion and caregiver, Lora Beth Rose and Little Matt, who the family gives many thanks for taking him to appointments, treatments and care; also many nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
