He is survived by: his children, Rick Noland Jr. (Sharie) of St. Marys, WV, Mindy Burns of St. Marys, WV and Beth Bennett (Frank Martin) of St. Marys, WV; his grandchildren, Joey Burns, Chelsey Bennett (Bub), Ricky Noland (Brittney), Dalton Bennett (Kelsie), Abbey McCloy (Derrick), Bradley Noland, Kacey Bennett (Michael), Hope Bennett (Aaron), Haley Bennett, Meridith Bennett, Ethan Bennett, Kinzie Bennett, Nick Bennett, Megan Finley (Josh), Kayla and Valerie Randoph (Scott); his great grandchildren, Elizabeth Burns, Gabe Gaston, Elena Noland, Charlie Noland, Levi McCloy, Caleb McCloy, Brynnlee McCloy, Braylie Bennett, Finnley Gaston, Eston Stull, Oakley Bennett, Reese Finley, Riley Finley, Zayden, Isla Bennett and Kaydence Randolph; his siblings, Victor "Bart" Noland Jr. (Cheryl) and Treva Dodson; and his brothers-in-law, Ralph Maston (Linda) and Russell Maston (Susie).
