With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Gerry McIntyre Morris (Saint Marys, West Virginia), born in Harrisville, West Virginia, who passed away on February 7, 2020 at the age of 92. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Hiram Deem and Ernestine Kelley Deem; her former husband Lee McIntyre; her son Mike McIntyre; her grandson Jeffrey Parsons; her siblings, Jack Deem (Lenore), Raymond Deem (Louise), Frances O'Dell and Karen Pirrone (Chuck); and her daughter-in-law Jackie McIntyre.
She is survived by: her husband Don Morris; her children, Gary McIntyre, Marsha Parsons, Rev. Richard McIntyre (Linda) and Wilkes; her stepchildren, Donna Morris, Ricky Morris (Mary Ellen), David Morris (Lisa), Jennifer Young (Bruce) and D. J. Morris; her grandsons, Steven McIntyre (Sarah) of Charleston, SC and Todd Parsons (Cecilia); her great grandchildren, Dominic Melgar, Aislyn Parsons and Audrey McIntyre; and her brother Marshall Deem. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, contribution can be made to the American Cancer Society or the charity of one's choice.
