He is survived by: his wife Fay L. Sparks Bailey; his children, Tammy Smith, William G. Bailey, Gerald W. Gary and Angel Granger; his stepdaughters, Lucy Taylor and Melissa Lauer; and his siblings, Patricia Wright, Dian Bailey, Deloris Jackson, Sharon Metz and Jimmy Bailey. He is also survived by 10 grandchildren; five great-grandchildren; four step-grandchildren; 10 step-great-grandchildren.
