He was predeceased by: his parents, Clarence E. Bills and Mildred Haddox Bills of Virginia; his wife Katerina Illar Bills; his siblings, Larry C. Bills, Chester A. Bills, Franklin D. Bills, Helen Bills Hammett and Anna L. Cunningham; and his son Paul Bills (Caroline Pickering Bills).
He is survived by: his children, Gerald F. Bills (Eugenia) of Edison, NJ, George F. Bills (Shiela) of Frankfort, KY, Loretta Tall (Tony) of Melbourne, FL, Eileen Cannon (Pat) of Cedarburg, WI and Jennings Illar (Christy) of St. Marys, WV; his siblings, John R. Bills and Mary Sue Ross of St. Marys; his grandchildren, Denver Bills, Louie, Trevor Rizzuto, Derek (Stephanie), Tyler (Meghan), Megan, Jack Cannon, Evan, Justin, Eric and Brady Illar; his great grandchildren, Serena and Rylie Cannon; his brothers, George (Frank) and Paul; and also Gerald. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
