We are sad to announce that on October 17, 2019, at the age of 79, Genet Higgins (Saint Marys, West Virginia) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Jesse Scarberry and Dorothy Estep Scarberry; and her husband Danny R. Higgins. She is survived by: her sons, Jeff Higgins and Shawn Higgins (Lillian); and her sisters, Ida Mae Dotson and Della Faye. She is also survived by nine grandchildren. and one on the way; nine great-grandchildren.
