He was predeceased by: his parents, Clark Woodrow and Lulu Virginia Netzer Matlack. He is survived by: his wife Margaret Kimball West Matlack; his son Chris Matlack (Katrina) of Parkersburg, WV; and his stepchildren, Mary Kimball of Belmont, WV, Elizabeth Blouir (Troy) of St. Marys, WV, Bill West (Missy) of St. Marys, WV, John West of St. Marys, WV and Betty McBrayer of McConnelsville, OH.
