It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Fannie Sue Higgins of Saint Marys, West Virginia, who passed away on July 6, 2022, at the age of 79, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Howard Franklin and Bonnie Edna Ruckman Bills; her husband William Lee Higgins; and her brother Harold. She is survived by: her son Craig Higgins; and her siblings, Gary Bills, Richard Bills (Nancy), Sharon Dew (Larry) and Janlin Thacker (Allen). She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.

Contributions can be made to the American Cancer Society, Alzheimer's Association, or to Children's Hospital in Columbus.
