He was predeceased by: his parents, Theodore Hamilton and Margaret Cleo Meredith McCullough; his wife Doris Ileane McCullough; his brothers, Arthur "Bud" McCullough, Harold McCullough and Elmo McCullough; and his granddaughter Elizabeth Ann McCullough.
He is survived by: his son Ted (Linda); his granddaughters, Carrie Stout (David) of Parkersburg and Kristi Canfield (Steve) of Sistersville, WV; and his great grandchildren, Lauren, Ethan Clark, Cole Kara, Trenton, Jamie Canfield and Kelly Dickens (Kelly).
