It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Dortha (Dotte) Louise Harper White (Saint Marys, West Virginia), who passed away on April 20, 2020, at the age of 86, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Fred Harper and Verna Harper; and also Barbara Reckard. She is survived by: her son Bruce White (Melissa); her grandchildren, Sheridan, Savannah and Nicholas of Vienna; her son Fred White (Carla); her granddaughters, Rachel, Katie and Samantha of Monroe; her son Max (Kristin) of Fort Ashby; her niece Mindy; and also, Debbie, Dwayne Barnes and Ruth Markel.

Dotte's wishes were for for a Celebration of Life, which will be fulfilled after the current pandemic.
